Refund & Returns Policy
At Beaches Stark, we provide you with 5 star quality as well as 5 star service.
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guarantees when they buy goods and services. Therefore if something is faulty we will provide an exchange, repair or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim and Beaches reserves the right to decline a refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
Once the item/s has been received and reviewed, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 5-7 working days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
Please note change of mind returns/exchanges are not available.
